Marking rites of passage with ceremony invites in the sacred and allows us to celebrate all parts of our journey, especially for those transitions not often respected in modern culture. Hundreds of years ago women would gather in circle in Red Tents to honour every stage in a woman’s life, as well as the changing moon phases and seasons. This is known as the Wise Woman’s Way, but unfortunately a lot of these ancient traditions have been forgotten, despite women being intrinsically linked to the cycles of nature. However, when we mark these changes in a sacred way today, they centre us as a part of the wider whole and we can live from the soul with intention. Additionally, they provide a safe space to fully let go, release, and move on into the next chapter of our lives.

Recovering from heartbreak, forgiving, and finding love again (in all its aspects) can be one of the most challenging obstacles to overcome. Perhaps you are struggling with feelings of low self-worth and self-belief, or a lack of belonging and purpose in life, which are holding you back from fulfilling your dreams. Whether you have just gone through a break up, need to send some love to your inner child, or improve your self-love, I can weave a ceremony that will offer the safety to open your heart once more.

You may wish to mark a first bleed (Menarche), welcoming your blood back (after being on contraception or when Menarche wasn’t properly acknowledged at the time), crossing the threshold into motherhood (Baby Blessingway), surgery recovery/TLC i.e. laparoscopy or caesarean, or even a baby loss (miscarriage). I also like to weave in womb clearing and connection exercises, and I can offer support with cyclical living, menstrual wellbeing tips, and alternative Endometriosis management, as well as the 13th Rite of the Munay Ki.

I also offer Energy First Aid ceremonies (if you didn't fancy a full energy healing), which combines a deep energy cleanse plus a Seichim or Angel blessing. Alternatively, you may wish to simply celebrate a birthday, engagement, new home or job in a more sacred way, or even have your own idea for a personal ‘self-prescribed’ ceremony I can work with you on.

 

Any ceremony can be in a 1:1 or group setting, and can be interwoven with energy healing (Seichim or Angelic Reiki) if required. They work best in person but could be remote if necessary. For each ceremony I will also intuitively tune in and use any tarot/oracle cards, sound, crystals, and flower/plant allies that maybe supportive. For example, as I work with the Rose Lineage, the Rose is always a beautiful accompaniment for mending the heart or awakening the womb.

 

Energy exchange varies depending on type of ceremony, how many people, venue, and any add-ons. They are fully adaptable and we can co-create an experience to fit your vision and budget.
