All of life is divinely sacred but marking rites of passage with ceremony and ritual helps to anchor and punctuate the sacred. It lifts the veil to eternal beauty, magic and Love, bringing remembrance and honouring life in all of its multi-faceted existence. This allows us to celebrate all parts of our journey, especially for those transitions not often respected in modern culture. Hundreds of years ago, women would gather in circle in Red Tents to pay tribute to every stage in a woman’s life, as well as the changing moon phases and seasons. Unfortunately, many of these ancient traditions have been forgotten, despite women being intrinsically linked to the cycles of nature. However, when we mark these changes in a sacred way today, they re-centre us back within the wider whole and we can live with intention. Essentially, a ceremonial space releases the ego and allows the soul to step forward and Love to lead. It waters our True Self making space for blooming, integration and embodiment. It provides a safe space to fully let go, release, and move on into the next chapter of our lives.

 

HEART

Recovering from heartbreak, forgiving, and finding love again (in all its aspects) can be one of the most challenging obstacles to overcome. Perhaps you are struggling with feelings of low self-worth and self-belief, or a lack of belonging and purpose in life, which are holding you back from fulfilling your dreams. You may have also just gone through a break-up, need to send some love to your inner child, improve your self-love, or reunite with the energy of Unconditional Love (Spirit). In contrast, perhaps you wish to honour your love story and transition into marriage with an alternative bachelorette gathering. Either way I can weave a ceremony that will offer the safety to open your heart once more, as well as host a Bridal Blessing that will celebrate you on your path to your upcoming union.

Here are a few examples of what one of my Heart ceremonies may include..Rose/flower tea, specialised ritual to accompany your intention, meditation, oil anointing, energy or Rose blessing, Harmony Massage® Heart Heal Massage (heart, shoulders, neck and head), sacred foot bath, tarot/oracle cards, journalling prompts, sound, crystals, and sharing/witnessing.

WOMB

​

You may wish to mark a first bleed (Menarche), welcoming your blood back (after being on contraception or when Menarche wasn’t properly acknowledged at the time) with a Rewriting Menarche Ceremony, or crossing the threshold into motherhood with a Mama Blessingway (a traditional baby shower). Womb surgery (laparoscopy or caesarean) and labour can also be honoured with my unique TLC (Tender Loving Care) ceremonies that were born out from my Endometriosis surgeries to offer nourishment, space holding and energetic closing for aiding recovery. We can even create a ceremony to prepare the womb for conscious conception, or acknowledge a baby loss (miscarriage). Womb clearing and connection exercises can also be included, plus I can provide support with cyclical living, menstrual wellbeing and Endometriosis management tips.

ENERGY AND MORE

I also offer Energy First Aid ceremonies (if you didn't fancy a full energy healing), which combines a deep energy cleanse plus blessing. Additionally, you may wish to simply celebrate a birthday, engagement, new home or job in a more sacred way, or even have your own idea for a personal ‘self-prescribed’ ceremony I can work with you on.

BESPOKE PACKAGES

​

Bespoke packages are available for combining any of my services if you hold a specific intention and would like to delve deeper. For example, if you are a bride or new mum, you may wish to combine a Bridal Blessing or Mama Blessingway/TLC (Tender Loving Care) Ceremony with Seichim, Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki, Angelic Reiki or full Harmony Massage® pre-wedding or post birth (at a safe time after birth recovery - however long that may be). Self-Love, Womb Clearing/Connection and Conscious Conception ceremonies also pair well with Seichim or Reiki and Harmony Massage®. These are however just a few examples, and energy healing and Harmony Massage® are available to pair with any ceremony.

Any ceremony can be in a 1:1 or group setting, they work best in person but could be remote if necessary. Most importantly, everything is completely tailored to you, your intention and your needs.
