HARMONY MASSAGE®

We are all Divinely Human, but sometimes that human part of us may experience trauma, chronic stress and misalignment. Overtime these experiences, emotions and stories can imprint in the physical body leading to tension, pain and dis-ease, and in turn disconnection from our Divinity and soul. Our body is the home to our soul, it is Holy, and so by consciously releasing these stuck or hidden layers, we show devotion to ourselves and allow more of our true essence to shine through. We allow more Love in, and thus return to our originality as an embodiment of Divine Love.

Harmony Massage® combines the very best of a variety of therapies from Remedial, Womb, Abdominal, Thai, and Swedish massage to Reiki. A unique aspect of Harmony Massage® is the reading and uncovering of underlying emotions and stories we hold in the body, which over time, when not addressed, can lead to physical problems. During the treatment these are gently released with both hands-on massage and energy healing, which overall brings the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies back into ‘harmony’ and balance. I was particularly drawn to Harmony Massage® because of its inclusion of both the Heart and Womb gateways, as mentioned in Offerings, which when cleared and opened, are a direct access point to the True Love within and with the Universe.

The full Harmony Massage® is a comprehensive two-hour session with the back, abdomen, womb, shoulders, neck, and head all included. Current clients have reported a welcoming, relaxing and comfortably held space, as well as feeling calm and cared for. It has allowed them to connect more deeply to their body and safely release anything that is ready to move through them. They have also reported leaving lighter and with a stronger sense of self.

A traditional full Harmony Massage® for 120 minutes/2 hours (90 minutes/1 hour, 30 minutes treatment plus before/after consultation time) is £111 Currently £88 On An Introductory Offer.

Plus, every treatment includes oracle/tarot card pulls, chakra dowsing, smoke cleansing and sound. If divine timing allows, crystals and Rose medicine (anything from Rose tea/essence/water to an anointing/blessing) are also incorporated.

Harmony Massage® Elements

If you wish to focus on a specific area and have a particular intention then I also offer Harmony Massage® Elements. Each element still includes hands-on massage and energy healing, but they each allow us to go deeper into one area of the body.

You can choose from..

Heart Heal: Focusing on the heart, shoulders, neck and head, this soft and gentle experience will un-block the heart space, release stress and tension from the shoulders up, and improve lymphatic drainage. While not considered a facial, this element does include a Rose Quartz crystal eye mask and Rose skin ritual that further aids heart opening, as well as boosting your natural glow and radiance.

Core Awakening: Focusing on all areas of the abdomen and womb, this supports detoxification, digestion, menstruation and fertility. In particular, its incorporation of the womb helps to balance the menstrual cycle, reduces pain and inflammation, and enhances circulation and ovulation, all alongside reigniting our feminine creative power and vitality.

Back To Balance: Focusing on the back, the spine and surrounding areas take centre stage so we can bring alignment and facilitate foundational healing at the root. As the back/spine are essential to the body’s structure and function, we aim to let go of any strain and worry that we may be unnecessarily holding on to, thus promoting posture, mobility, and stability.

Each Harmony Massage® Element is 90 minutes/1 hour, 30 minutes (1-hour treatment plus before/after consultation time) for £77.

Every treatment will include oracle/tarot card pulls, chakra dowsing, smoke cleansing and sound. Plus, meditation, crystals and Rose medicine (anything from Rose tea/essence/water to an anointing/blessing) are often incorporated and tailored to the session where possible.

*Most clients will feel the benefit after just 1 treatment of any variation, however if you have a specific intention or wish to unravel something deep rooted then a minimum of 3 treatments is recommended for any option.
