Reiki is an ancient sacred healing art, rooted in the spiritual traditions of Japan and esoteric Buddhism. Discovered by Mikao Usui in the 1920s during a 21-day fast and meditation on Mount Kurama, it is more than just ‘hands-on energy healing’, even though this is what it is most notably famous for. While this is still a core component, Reiki in its true origins is a spiritual practice and provides us with a pathway for rediscovering our True Self, otherwise known as our Divine Soul, or as Usui would call it ‘our Great Bright Light.’ In particular, Reiki’s three Diamonds very much connect to the gateways in my offerings, for example the ‘Crimson Palace’ for the Heart Centre, and the ‘Golden Stove’ at the Hara/Womb.

 

I grew up with Reiki as my maternal Grandmother, who is a guide for me, was deeply connected to it. It was the first modality I trained in when I was called back to spirituality, and the last I completed at practitioner level. It is the foundation to all of my offerings and marks the full loop of my journey, and more than anything else, has showed me true oneness, peace and Love within. Reiki is not a religion, but it is a way of life, a lifelong journey of polishing our lampshades for our lights to shine.

 

I have studied and been initiated into both the Japanese and Western traditions of Reiki, including Usui Reiki Ryoho, Usui Shiki Ryoho, and Holy Fire III Reiki at World Peace Level with clean lineages that go back to both Mikao Usui and Willian Lee Rand (a pioneer in the art and founder of Holy Fire Reiki which is an evolutionary form of the Usui tradition).

 

Reiki is a remembering, and as a practitioner I am purely a conductor holding a space for the presence of Reiki to initiate healing. It will bring balance to your energy field, relax the nervous system, and gifts your body a permission to soften. It is in this softening that your body starts to feel safe again, safe enough to start to heal. Reiki feels like a warm comforting hug, a little similar to a weighted blanket, alongside an ethereal ‘fairy-like’ quality. It can therefore be both subtle and deep at the same time, possessing an artistry of gentle beauty that can be likened to poetry in motion. Reiki also works preventatively, and most importantly, when touched by Reiki and the resonance of our True Self, we become grounded in the present moment and filled with an ocean of Love. This alone is healing in itself.

Packages (all available 1:1, in person or remotely)*

​Ray: £40 for 45 minutes: Standalone Reiki healing, ideal for those in need of a quick and easy energy refresh and rebalance. This package is best suited to a remote session.

 

​Glow: £55 for 60 minutes/1 hour: Reiki healing alongside an oracle/tarot card pull. This is the most popular all-round package. 

 

​Shine: £85 for 90 minutes/1 hour, 30 minutes: A deeper experience including a longer Reiki healing alongside an oracle/tarot card pull. Alternatively, instead of the longer healing, you may wish me to weave one of my ceremonial offerings into the session. ​

 

*All packages are available 1:1 and can be adapted to suit either an in person or remote healing.

Most clients will feel the benefit after just 1 treatment, however if you have a specific intention or wish to unravel something deep rooted then a minimum of 3 treatments is recommended. You can also mix 'n' match these between packages.
