SPIRIT IN SISTERHOOD
The Spirit In Sisterhood Women's Circle is inspired by the traditional Red Tents where our ancestors would gather in community in devotion. These devotional Red Tents, where women of all ages and generations sat in circle, would allow women to share and witness every stage of each other's lives, as well as honour both their own, and the outer cycles. Women’s circles have been deeply healing and transformational for me, however I have usually had to commute to attend one, or go online. Creating one in my local area has been a dream of mine for a very long time, and I cannot wait to share this magic in my own little pocket of the world.
The Spirit In Sisterhood Women's Circle weaves together the Rose and Divine Feminine Arts alongside Celtic lore/traditions, plus any other relevant spiritual inspiration that has played a huge role in my journey. At the very core though, this circle offers a restorative devotional space for women to reignite their inner light and remember the Love that resides within, as well as rekindle their connection to themselves, each other, and Spirit/the Universe, all of which divinity flows through. It is a focus on Remembrance, Belonging, and Homecoming.
The theme of each gathering will vary depending on any cosmic and seasonal influences or other topics of interest that there is a call to explore. Depending on the theme, there may be a ritual or creative activity, mindful practice, Reiki or Seichim, Rose healing, poetry, and storytelling. One thread that will always run throughout though is the space to slow down and experience deep presence and intimacy with each other, thus, making way for us to hear the whispers of our soul and be touched by the Divine. Each circle will also always be accompanied with tarot/oracle cards, sharing, and Rose/flower/herbal tea.
The magic of a women's circle is beyond words; however, the most powerful aspect would probably be that they remind us we are a part of the whole, and as we heal so does everybody else. For when our sisters heal, so do we. Every woman in the circle is equal, there is no hierarchy, and all are welcome, exactly as they are.
Please note, this space is open to all 'womban' regardless of whether you cycle naturally or don't currently bleed - whether that is because you have an irregular or lost period, are on contraception, pregnant/nursing, no longer have a physical womb, or have reached menopause. This space is all inclusive and respectful of every woman's personal journey, experience, authenticity and choice.
